I was just thinking the weather here is amazing, beautiful spring day yesterday and again today. Now I suspect something nasty will be here by tomorrow latest !

both R and K are sick and someone should be there to cheer the E on. I'll most likely back my car to the field and sit in the cargo area

Talking of near enough, my elder daughter and I are tentatively thinking of driving down to N Conway or Kittery towards this fall, so would call past.

Turns out yesterday, we drove to the first game in time for the refs to call (off) the game that was in the field and cancel the rest of the games. I SAW SNOW. Went out for lunch with E and ran into her coach and two team mates. Second game was canceled.

Did stitch some - no pampering - K has got something nasty and lingering and has been coming home weekends to try and sleep it off.

and if you do come down this way, I will fight the leaf peepers and come see you in North Conway. Kittery is a piece of cake

I'm sorry - sort of....How'd you like that after the play heavy duty slash byt the ever predictable Avery on the goalie? We spent yesterday watching a lot of play-off hockey. More tonight. Wish the 'nucks had managed to do it last night. And certainly wish that Buffalo had taken out Philly. DH's theory is that whoever will be more beaten up - I would just rather see Buffalo and deal with the fabulous Ryan Miller than the thuggish Philly play-off attitude, and the likelihood they would injure someone on the opposing team. The refs should've thrown out Richards after the absurd, ugly hit on Connolly. Glad that Miller spoke up about it - good for him. Granted that Lindy Ruff whines all the time, but on this he has a right.

Ah, well - continue trying to be good to yourself regardless of the sick boys at home, etc.
