OT: Labour Day Weekend

Well, there are two trips to the rink on tap, DD's birthday is tomorrow and today Elizabeth, Margaret, Bobbie V and I are getting together and the little boy next door is giving DD a surprise party this afternoon.

Otherwise, Ernesto is due to dump so rain on us. If he does, I will stitch. Otherwise, I will garden.

We're having gorgeous weather in Calgary. However, I just came back from Rona with a door strip to keep the snow out and some insulating foam. Shades of things to come.

Lots of maintenance projects scheduled for this weekend. And jam of course. There are all these annoying little jars in the cupboard that need to be filled up with jam and put ON TOP of the cupboard.

Hot, but nice. A good time last night with my three closest friends at one's birthday celebration at "Pirate's Adventure" dinner place, and a nice, quiet day today at my stitching--taking a break from TW's "Carousel" to do some other things. Today's is "B" of the first section of the Rainbow Gallery/Erica Michaels Stitchers' Surprise Sampler Book. Once that's done, I'll start another contribution to another cow quilt.
