A soft-boiled egg with Marmite toast soldiers - bliss!

Me too but I think my grandmother would have classed it as the dreaded 'common' lol So you could mention that in passing to the former Brits if they are being snobby Dawne !

My mother was rather fond of the dreaded "common", too. That's why I never went to Sat morning films, or allowed to get a weekend job in Woolworths..........I really wanted to be "common" and do the fun things.

It's a good thing I wasn't born in Great Britain. I went to the movies on Saturday afternoon with my friends and worked in Woolworth's after school and weekends.

Just call me one of the "common"

Yeah, and you had MORE FUN!!

See that's what left for us now, soft boiled eggs with marmite soldiers lol Saw a couple of soldiers recently I could have fancied, but not of the marmite variety you understand lol
