They're quite good, plus they cut into small squares which is always a plus for large gatherings. It's hard to judge how different they are, but you know if you buy the best ingredients and everything is fresh, no one cares.
The first time I made them, I covered the brownie base with a towel and put it outside on the bench to cool. When I took the towel off, I found the cat had walked over it, little bugger, and lift his foot prints all over it. That cream cheese filling covers a multitude of sins, however, and some people just got more filling than others.
