Does anyone have any experience with or recommendations on companies or SW that'll do a good-to-excellent conversion of photos to X-stitch patterns?

I use Pattern Maker Pro. I get lots of confetti stitches, but just have to click on them and change the color to the adjacent color(s). Frances
