Will appreciate any information on the Addi Turbo steel needles. Saw them in a shop in Maine and couldn't decide if they are worth the extra money. Thanks.

Oy, it depends on what you like and what kind of yarn you are using. I prefer the Plymouth Bamboo needles myself, but that's because they have more of a point (easier to increase and decrease) and my yarns are often slippery (bamboo grabs it just a bit). If I'm using a scratchy yarn and not doing any increases or decreases, then the Turbos are really quite nice.

I can tell you that I like them. They knit very smoothly. I haven't decided, either, if they are worth the extra money, but I would certainly take a couple more of them if Santa left them in my stocking.
I have some, and love them, as they are very slick - the stitches glide along. I especially like the circular ones, as the join is very smooth and the cables uncoil easily. Linda in Poughkeepsie, NY
Agreed. Just bought my first pair. Using them with 100% wool and love them. Used the plastic ones in the past, and more recently bamboo(in larger sizes).
The wool just slides over them. Maybe we should get a pair for Seannette (isn't Seannette the one with tension so tight?).

I'm getting better about that! :-)
[BTW, it's only 1 "n". :-)]
LOL, I wasn't picking on you, honest. I'm just as guilty, and actually find the Addi Turbos helped a lot.

P.S. Sorry, I'll try to remember the one "n" in future. :-)

I'll keep them in mind :-)
One of the more common misspellings. :-)
