need wedding sampler suggestions, plz

I plan to make one for a couple who aren't marrying until late 2006, but never too early to get ideas. Any suggestions? It'll be in ndlpt but I can adapt a xs pattern. thanks

I recently did Ellen Chester's "Adorn Thy Heart" which she designed but not as a wedding sampler originally. However for her sons wedding she adapted it and So I did it her adapted way. It really turned out quite well. I think you can see it on my Webshots site under, I think, the 2005 finishes.

I did the apache wedding blessing for a girlfriend and her hubby who are (were) both archaeologists. each line starts out with now you will... feel no rain, or whatever... can't remember all the words. OOh. I'm a big help. let's blame it on the margarita my husband just made me! ;-) Jules

I am working on this one right now. It is a very pretty piece and stitches up fairly fast. But just FYI it has cut work in it and lots of different kinds of stitches. It's not all just counted cross stitch.

Jane Greenoff in her Best of has two lovely samplers, one traditional, that's what I'm doing, and another modern.
