MCRD will send you a list of hotels that offer special rates. The one my friends and I stayed at had a special shuttle to M-Crud because they host so many of the families.
As for the attractions, contact me off-list with what you're into, kids' ages, etc. Will you be renting a car, or do you need bus info?
