Hi, unlurking for the first time in a few years to throw in my two cents' worth.
First, I second the Midrin recommendation. Nothing else works for me. Second, I'm sad to hear Topamax didn't help you. It worked pretty well for me. The doctor put me on a six-month round of dosages, and it took mine down from weekly to monthly. Third, the dental thing has two angles, look at the occlusion of teeth, and make sure with your yearly dental x-rays that you don't have any hidden cavities that could be aggravating them. I had a bad root canal that made mine worse. Last, watch for food allergies and diabetes. When I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and began treatment, my incidence and severity plummeted.
Just ideas, and I can truly sympathize.
