Does she wears knicker knickers ? The sort I had to wear at school, grey mercerized cotton, bloomer style with elastic at the waist and leg ? It's what I always think of when I hear knickers lol
Surely you had a little pocket for your hankie too! I did - and mine were navy blue!!!

My gym shorts, aka knickers, were the most awful green. I still remember the fear of having to go out in those awful knickers if we had a fire drill.

No, actually she wears sensible ones, like mine, but in cotton. I remember the navy knickers we used to wear. They even had a pocket above the leg elastic for your hanky!
