Sheesh, don't get that going again lol
Lol as well as the aforementioned tea cosy, a variety of which was frequently seen, on the multiple views page, the one bottom right was frequently seen. I hate tea so really have no excuse to make one or I would be tempted.
I looked. Now I almost wish I drank tea so I would have an excuse to make a cozy.
L
I think I might do it any way even though 99% of my tea is drunk by the brewed cup.
Though, tomorrow, since I don't have to go anywhere in the AM, I just might make myself a nice pot of tea and relax once the day is mine... C
Hate tea? Make a bottle cozy. Beer bottle, wine bottle, soda bottle. Whatever. Coffee pot cozy anyone?

Me, Me, Me. Anyone have instructions?
I'd offer, but knowing me - it would be 2015 before it was done!
LOL at this - as I was thinking about this for my French Press - rather than pouring the extra into a thermal carafe (using the FP when it's just me at home in the morning).
Also - shall we start with a picture here in the DC area? Shall I bring Kitty cosey to meet the lovely Ms. Woolen Embroidered Cosey?
And do we need to do up a little passport tag - akin to a dance card - a tea card - to travel along?
Ellice
A Dance Card? How old are you Ellice! I remember tea dances....
Not old - just well read ;^p Besides, anyone who has ever read Jane Austen is familiar with Dance Cards.
Ellice
just a few thoughts
Do we need a rule about how long the cosy can stay in one place before going to another destination?
Will it fit in a small box? The box could be rewrapped instead of using yet another padded envelope.
More adventures of TC, the Travelling Teacosy
A friend of mine almost fell off the porch laughing when I told her I was knitting a tea cosy! I was almost finished, and showed her how it would fold over and I would stitch up both sides but leave open areas for the spout and handle of my favorite teapot. I even went in the house and brought out the teapot to show her. She thought it looked like a hat for a small donkey with very large ears. Well, I finished it and I use it! A tea cosy is especially helpful in winter here.
