The link has nothing to do with weaving or any other textile art. The poster is advertising a place to stay, and includes "artsy stuff" as one of the many many things you might do in that part of New Mexico. There is nothing to indicate that the poster weaves, is weaving anything, or wants any information or advice on weaving. It is really just a piece of advertising spam.

I don't disagree with you at all---an honest request deserves an honest answer, and we should encourage people trying to learn, offering courses, designing, teaching, exhibiting etc . I just don't think Bruce should be taken to task for "discouraging" someone who was not looking for encouragement, and doing none of those things. Dawne

I agree with you Miriam. However, the sender of the original post had no intention of extending their "textilic techniques" and was advertising holidays in New Mexico.

Yes, it was also posted on rctmarketplace (even there it doesn't really belong) and a few other groups.
