a first!

I finished my first miniature! This is from Carol Doak's Easy Paper Pieced Miniatures. It measures 12" x 12". It was the first time I have ever tried to pay attention to warm and cool colors, that was fun to learn. I enjoyed this so much, I'm cutting another one from the same book this week-end. I feel a new addiction coming on. : )

It is set up for public viewing, not just facebook only, but I think it may be the wraparound that is the problem. Copy and pasting the url should work. Sorry...

I've done a few minis and enjoyed them. They are so sweet and cute and you can finish them in a reasonable amount of time. Many advantages! I don't do Facebook, but I'm sure yours is amazing and delightful! Congrats on learning a new technique and for a finish!

How is your DH doing- haven't had an update on rctq since he was so ill.
