It's lovely! And "why brown" you ask? Because it's a wonderful versatile color! lol Shades of brown far outnumber all the other colors in my stash. Please don't let it discourage you from finishing other UFOs. However, if it's mere presence is disturbing your muse please feel free to send it this way! :-D

Oh goodness! My apologies to Donut. I made the wrong association. You will have to show us the little stray. Sounds like a cutie. Because of Maggie and her being extremely territorial, we have no strays. They all seem to migrate to my friend's house up the street or across the street. Our neighbor across the street has a heat lamp outside in the winter time. I am sure the cats have enjoyed the little bit of heat on these cold winter nights.

I think it's gorgeous, too! I really like neutrals and I think this would go well in just about any room. Nicely done.

It is lovely embroidery, however it is a bit ho hum. I think it would be beautiful cut into squares and worked into a quilt. but that's just me.

Cats, that is gorgeous. Love the browns on cream. Don't know how you could possibly say it is ugly! Beautiful work and a wonderful project.

The embroidery did not photograph well. The fabric is a medium brown colour - probably why I don't like it.

The quilt is made entirely from 5" charm packs, and yes - I think quite a few of them might have been Moda. When I broke the packs open I just threw the labels away - silly me!

Cheryl, I think it is really pretty and would look great on my dining room table. : > )

Granted, it looks like more work than I would care to do, but........I don't think it's ugly at all! You may send it to Tucson and I'll find a nice table on which to display the item. Good work, Cheryl!
