Block Butler panels?

Has anyone used these? I've just done a bit of reading about them, and they sound really interesting -- especially for someone like me who has limited space for a design wall. Comments?

Hi, Sandy, yes, I have Block Butler on my wall right now with lots of Friendship Star blocks on it winking at me. I bought the big one, then cut it into four manageable pieces. Love it. It is on vinyl wallpaper that is old, so I don't mind that it leaves a slightly sticky feel to the paper when removed. Doesn't change the feel of the blocks applied to it. When one piece lost some of it's 'grip' I washed it and now it is OK, so I assume I can wash the wallpaper if I want it clean. But I can't imagine making quilts without it! If you buy it, make sure to place it where you'll want it for a looong time. 8^) Nancycog in MD

I can't use the door to the room, since it's too small and also doesn't lie flat against the wall when open. It's sort of weird.

I think Block Butler is expensive and I didn't like the feel of the sample I was able to touch in the shop I found that sells it. I find the Pellon fleece I have tumbtacked to my wall works great as a design wall. It holds blocks and tops without being sticky.
