Has anyone used the Sizzix Sidekick

I've had no problems with mine. Here is what I did. I made a sandwich. First one of the clear cutting pads, then the paper, then the sizzlit with the soft gray part against the paper and then the second clear cutting mat. I put the whole "sandwich" through the slit and turned the handle until it came out the other end. Worked fine, honest.

I got mine the other day and I love it... beats using laminate chips and the sizzix machine itself.... Alot quicker. I have almost wore my acrylic pad out already. I even put 2 sizzlits on there and get 2 done at once... so cool!

I put it through till it gets to the cutting part of the die and it stops. Will not go any more. Glad to hear they do work. I guess I just got a bad one.

I just got mine last week and only used it once but it worked just fine for me. I think I will enjoy it very much.

when it stops...keep cranking.. it will seem hard but it is ok~

Mine works just fine, are you putting the dies through in the correct direction?

I got a different Sidekick yesterday. This one works just fine. Like I said, I guess I just got a broken one. That's my luck for you. THEY DO WORK. It was fun once I got one that worked. Thanks for the comments. Lynn

I am glad that you got one that works now! Where did you buy it and how easy was it to get the new one?
