I had to double back and read again, I think those names sound like they belong to Captain Underpants' crew...

My DD had an aunt that nicknamed her RoseBud, because the diapers had little pink roses on them... which was better than the nick her dad gave her at birth... with her family trait of red hair shining like a beacon he called her BOOGER!!!!

He would even sign her in and out at daycare as BOOGER!!!!

and then she being Elizabeth became "Lizard" by her 5&7 yo brothers during their Captain Underpants stage and the younger brother named Alexander was now "Alexander Salamander" which isn't nearly as bad as Lizard or BOOGER...but the at the speed he finds me in the store when I page "Alexander Salamander", you'd swear I was showing nekked baby pics!!

Poor Raechel (the SMDGD) is nicknamed "Stinky" and she doesn't even complain -- but then she's only 5 1/2 :-). When she was really little

-- maybe only about 2 -- the Disney Princesses were 'No White, Sinerella and Stinky Booty -- LOLOL. WE started calling her Stinky back then and we called the Princesses by those names until last year when she started correcting us about SLEEPING BEAUTY. But we call the SMDGD "Stinky" and she doesn't even mind :-). CiaoMeow >^;;^<

Your subject line made me think of a sign I saw recently in a local gift store: "I don't skinny dip, I chunky dunk!" I laugh every time I see it.

My nickname, among others, when I was little was pip, or pippy, or pip squeak. It was the Pippy Longstocking era and I had long hair and was skinny. Luckily that one wore off as I grew older!
