Chantelle

I have added a WH I started with Ricky Timms about 4 yearsago. Thought I would use it to practice various FM stitches. Also added a couple of Post Cards. Its just typical. Just when I am in full swing and feeling productive I have to pack all things away. DH and I celebrate our Ruby wedding on saturday and all of the family are coming down .There will be beds and offsprings all over the place.lol. Just hoping for a nice dry day so that all 6 of DGC can run in the field for some of the time!

Congratulations on your anniversary, Estelle. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

It's ages since I popped into your postcard album. What a lot of wonderful treasures there are there. They are so pretty.

The Ricky Timms piece is interesting - just makes me want to work out how it's done!! Lovely colours - very 'you'! . In message , Estelle Gallagher writes

That's wonderful Estelle! I really like how you used the "negative" pieces that were created when making the chantelle. Your colors are so cool and restful. I bet it was fun to take a class from him personally. I've been to several of his lectures. You feel like he's a best friend even when sitting far away. He treats everyone who visits his booth at shows as if they were long lost buddies. Amazing personality.

Howdy!

Congratulations to all 4 of you.

Estelle knows that the 40th anniversary is ruby. Roberta, what's the 38th? Somewhere between coral/jade (35th) & ruby.

Ours was the 33rd, somewhere between pearl (30th) & coral/jade, so he decided it was the keyboard anniversary

Estelle, congratulations on your anniversary! And on the returning "offspring" LOL. Obviously, you know how to make more than just beautiful wall hangings and quilts.

My 38th aniversary is this month too, July 25. Spent my 25th anniversary at Kentucky Fried Chicken, so I don't expect we'll do much this year either. :)

Well, we went to Augsburg, walked around (cute small town), saw the Roman museum (2000 years ago, the place was called Augusta Vinicularum or some such, it's on the Via Julia), and then had a magnificent

6-course lunch. So I d>Howdy!
