a couple of times a year -- names are solicited. We are between times right now -- names already submitted (too late to add more) but the directory has not yet been released.
Just keep watching! In a few months....(like 6 or so) -- it will be time to collect names again.

Nothing about the directory is automatic, since some people choose not to be in it and since some of the information is stuff we wouldn't post online (street addresses, etc.). However, the deadline for requesting to be in the directory this time has passed, so you'll have to be patient for a time until the next call goes out. Sorry!
