does anyone recognize this quilt pattern?

A friend of mine has acquired a quilt top that is likely from the
1930's. She asked me if I recognized the pattern and I don't, so I
took a very short video of it and have posted it on youtube to make
available for all you experts at rctq to identify for me. after 1:30

What I saw was about a 6 inch block, rotated over and over again. Just one block that has both straight and curved pieces in it, put together in a way that creates a larger secondary pattern. Musicmaker

I just googled the turkey giblets - it's exactly the same except that the large pieces are definitely curved in Annie's quilt.
