It will be sometime between Nov 7 and 15th -- at least that is the current plan. I haven't heard back from my cousin's children as yet.

I've been devouring guide books -- some loaned from a friend who spent 2 weeks driving south island. I bought 2 while I was away baby sitting at DS2s place last week. I can use all the help and hints -- I like to know about all sorts of info when I travel to new places.
