ever have one of those days??

where there is no major chore waiting for you, so you can actually work on your quilting, and you find that you don't know where to start???

I have one small quilt done for the lady from church, with 2 more cut out for stitching (these are the little preemin/security quilts), and a crib size one that I need to hunt out fabrics for.

I have the twin-size quilt in pieces on the sewing table, including the label that I designed (thanks for the ideas everyone...went with the crown and an open book ). I have to get the rest of the blocks organized (still a few short, but there is still time to get them taken care of).

I'm at a roadblock!! The security blankies won't take much time at all, so that is the way that i am leaning, but I am more drawn to the twin-size..ARGH!!!!!!!!!!

and I have to decide what pattern I want to use for a bunch of other blocks for other quilts that are swimming in my brain....what to do, what to do.........

Larisa, rambling to try and release some of the brain farts

LOL glad to know I'm not the only one, Julia.

I decided to just go through some of my quilt block links and get them into a sketch book (so I wouldn't have to keep going online). That gave me the drive to make the blocks that i needed to get a move on....5 done :-). Now, since DS is finally napping, I'm going to take a small break myself. Whenever he wakes up, it will be back to work for me and back to play for him (after he does his leter for the day - he is doing the trace sheets to prepare him for preschool).
