I've just staggered back home after a massive shop at Ikea. Raji (oldest DS) went with me. We got up at the crack of dawn and got there just as the store opened.
I got five big bookcases and 3 smaller ones, plus a couple of hanging lamps and a hanging shelf. Thank goodness there were husky guys there to help. Raji is a "small guy" and we could not have done it alone! As it is, we have to wait for Brian (DH) to get home to help unload.
We borrowed my brother's TALL truck. Middle aged fat ladies and TALL trucks don't go together real well. I was able to heave myself into it and drive it OK though. Anything for a sewing room.......
Now I have to take a nap. I'm thinking of the energy it will take me to get all the shelves together......I'll have to save it up!
