Fabric and pattern search - need sources

My daughter is a competition dancer. For the past few years her dance studio has held fundraising events for breast cancer. This past spring, the studio hosted a performance in a local college, where many studios got together to perform, and ticket sales and proceeds of raffles, etc. went to the Dancers Care Foundation.

I thought I might create a wallhanging to be raffled, either at another performance, or even right at the studio.

I found some fabrics specifically designed to support breast cancer research, and thought it would be nice to use them in a wallhanging, to be used in a quilt raffle. One line was a moda line, quilt pink, and another a northcott line, heaven can wait. I am, however, having problems finding places to actually PURCHASE the Northcott fabrics. I am not at all sure the fabric collections are still current.

I could use some help in finding where to order the fabrics, as well as a few suggestions for where to go for quilting. (I really want this finished, and I know myself. I love to piece, and have many completed tops... but have never quilted them!)

I live in NJ. I am not averse to online ordering, tho. I would welcome suggestions as to online fabric stores you all particularly love.

I've also found a few patterns

and there are always the endless possibilities that come with ordering some of the pre-cut 'jelly rolls' (I think nine-patches, friendship stars (yay for thangles) and rail fence).

But suggestions for pretty and quick wallhangings would be welcome as well

;-)

Thanks in advance for all the suggestions. Lisa

Just about anything that uses some pink. There is also a book called "Pink Ribbon Quilts" that you may want to take a look at. It has patterns by several designers, all with a pink ribbon theme. It includes a paper-pieced pink ribbon designed by Carol Doak.
