Fabric Search after all...

I found the fabric... except it is flannel and I need cotton.

I've searched using quiltshops.com = that is how I found the flannel.

It is my Maywood Studio -- a couple of years old.

hopefully the link works...

I only need about a yard or so - -doing the binding on a couple of table runners (could probably get by with about 1/2 yard is I did single fold binding...

I'll gladly buy, swap, steal (well, maybe not steal) for this fabric!

Thanks for any help you can give!

I don't have it, but couldn't you scan it into your computer, and print it out on a fabric sheet? I have done that several times for quilts when I lacked enough fabric for a block. When it is all assembled and quilted, it is almost impossible to tell which is the real fabric, and which is the scanned fabric. Part of a program at my guild one month, was on that. We had to try to pick which block contained some scanned fabric, and which block did not. It was surprising to see that most members could not tell the difference. You would know, but the average person doesn't know.

Kate, I thought I'd seen that over at Marshall Dry Goods. Nope. It was Michael Miller's 'straw' or something and not nearly the right color green. I had to get myself out of there really fast. Maybe real help will be here in a minute. Good luck with your hunt. Polly

Which fabric sheets did you use?

I ask because I am doing an I Spy sort of quilt for DH with golfing fabric and music fabric, etc etc to cover his various interests. But, since I could not find any curling fabric (he is a skip at the local curling club) I am in the middle of "designing" my own. I want to print out a few fabric sheets with different patterns so I will have enough for a few blocks.

Thanks Allis> I don't have it, but couldn't you scan it into your computer, and print it

I only use Printed Treasures...NAYY I just like they way they feel better than any other brand. I have tried at least 5 or 6 different brands, and this is my favorite.
