Happy dance

I finally finished the Christmas stockings for DS's family that I started shortly after Christmas last year. When I had those just about done, DD asked if I could also make stockings for her family. Those are all done and photos are near the bottom of . I also finished a dress for the youngest granddaughter: It is dark green velveteen; the border at the hem is a dark green quilting cotton with metallic gold scrollwork. I put tiny gold piping in the yoke seam and in the seam joining the velveteen to the piping. I think the gold-with-gold-metallic fabric was from a squishy from someone in this group. It was perfect for the piping. :)
