My daughter took her silly putty to bed with her and got it all over her new cotton shirt. Does anyone have a suggestion for how to get it out?
Thanks, DeAnna

I've had fair results with ice cubes, to get off the putty, then spray stain treatment (like spray and wash) for the stain. If that doesn't work (check before you put it in the dryer!!!), try wd-40.
Thanks. Someone else suggested WD40 and blotting it up.

Would that Oxyclean work on the stain? Also there is this spray stuff in the automotive section--cant remember the name right now, something with "magic" in the name I think--that gets grease off engines but also takes out the stain in clothes in cold water. It's a clear liquid.

dont worry bout it, just applique something over the stain :D jeanne*
Try Carbona Stain Remover. It works on motor oil and all sorts of things.
