Does anyone know a way to get Silly Putty out of a quilt? My son and friend were playing with it on his bed the other day and a day later we noticed a big glob stuck to the quilt. We tried to pick off as much as we could, but it is resisting and gooey. We also tried icing it but it doesn't seem to freeze. Any suggestions?

You might want to make sure the fabric is colorfast before trying this....
I use that 'goo' stuff to keep our front door clean. When the gators hear that Butterfly is sending them something truly delicious, they go to drooling and slobbering on that pretty door and make one @#$! of a mess. So far, it hasn't harmed the paint or the gators. Polly
