hot dip recipe

Chili cheese dip is popular here in the Midwest. All you do is put a can of chili and a pound of Velveeta in the smallest crock pot (the "crockette"), let it all melt together, and give it a stir. To make it even better, use a cup and a half to two cups of your homemade chili and stir in a bit of crushed red pepper or cayenne. Put the crock pot on a metal tray and surround it with tortilla chips. Really good stuff!

We add a can of Rotel to the cheese mixture. You can also add a pound of ground beef.

YUMMMMMM
