I'm back

I am able to read the group via Google Groups. I had it set up in an older version of Netscape but once I downloaded the latest version, they no longer supported the way I logged in. Took me a while to figured out using Google groups but now I can read them. I sure liked my old way but times are a changing. I also now use Mozilla so if anyone knows a way using their Thunderbird to set it up to read this group I would greatly appreciate it.

Tamara, welcome back! What have you been up to besides fighting your computer?

I use Thunderbird for reading them and you can too, if your ISP carries news groups. In your account settings, there is an option for news. Simply set it up with your news server, etc, and you should be ready to go.

I use Comcast and can set up newsgroups but do not see this one as an option.

Thanks. I've been pretty good. I finally have a QI. I got her about a year ago. I have been fostering her but I just need to sign the paperwork to make her mine.I have to admit she is not a very good QI as she rather hop and get into places she is not suppose to be, than lay still on a quilt. Marshmallow is a 6 pound rabbit.

I have been teaching quilting at my local quilt store but these days most classes are not being held. Not sure why no one seems to be signing up. I just finished a class sample the other day and forgot to take a picture. I'll have to stop by the quilt store to get a picture.

Sounds great! And we want a picture of Marshmallow too.

Welcome to the world of bunny-minding! I have kept rabbits for over 20 years, and I love them. I have only tried one indoors, though! Mine now live in a garden palace! I have three at the moment. One little boy is called Fudge - he'd go well with your Marshmallow >gg< . In message , Kamalaleah writes

If you see other groups, but not RCTQ, it may mean that your ISP has opted not to carry RCTQ :(

newsgroup.comcast.net does have RCTQ, you'll need your login details, which should have been given to you by comcast. In thunderbird, go to tools, then account settings, which should open a new window, at the bottom left is an add account button, click that and select news, then work through the steps.
