that when I set up the challenge I had a monster headache which I *thought* was from having visitors all day.. well I was wrong it's the deadly killer sinus headache :-S
and to top it off my DS#2 has an earache :-( (long live lidocane drops!!)
I'm off to hide in a corner for a day or two
Jessamy, I hope you're feeling better *soon*! I know sinus headaches are miserable.
Aw, so sorry! Believe me, Jessamy, I know how you feel. If there is a better painkiller than codeine for sinus headaches, I'd sure like to get my hands on some--hope your doctor can prescribe something helpful.

I'm still suffering but slowly getting better - it was a combo of pollen and a sinus/ear throat infection which almost did me in I didn't eat for 2 days and thanks to an anti allergy medication that my doc promised would clear my sinuses (which it is doing!) and a lot of sleep I'm slowly getting better. my legs are like jelly and I walk like the local drunkard when I stagger across the road to collect my oldest DS from school but at least I can make it that far :-)
my youngest with the ear infection bounced back (of course LOL) and is ok and ready for preschool though sadly for him he has to wait till Tuesday to do so LOL
now if only I could find a legal unprescribed pain killer I'm not allergic to :-S
now I'm off to crawl back under my rock with a cup of chicken soup...

I would have murdered for some of last years Rumtopf... (fruit marinated in 70% Rum and sugar over a few months time - en alcoholic content varies but seems to be about 90% judging by the results once imbibed)
however.. I'm feeling *almost* human now- not bad for someone who didn't have any coffee for over a week **gasp**
