I am looking for the 'cheep-cheep'-est 28mm blades with shipping available to Canada for my blade stash. So far, it seems to be HofPaducah with 10blades for $17+shippng ... does anyone have better info? jennellh

Check EBay. I got a screaming deal on 60mm blades from an EBay vendor & they regularly post. The vendor had a "buy it now" option, so that's how I purchased them. The price from Hancock's sound pretty good though.

Just remember that generic blades have a tendency to wear out faster than brand name ones. They are made from a different kind of steel, as I recall. Check LP Sharp, they are a small company that used to resharpen blades. Actually they still do, but now they exchange your old blades for new ones for a modest fee. They have a bit on the difference between generic and Olfa blades. Prices are not bad either, especially if you have a few people to share the cost of a bigger order.
