Finally! May BOMs finished!

I've been having to do non-quilty sewing for my daughter and daughter-in-law but finally finished that boring stuff and got my May blocks done. I'm going to get some additional opinions on which 30 blocks to use, and possible layouts, before I actually start piecing the top.

So pretty! All your blocks are wonderful- how can you possibly leave any out?

Finished the May applique this morning, so I'm done too! Might combine these BOM blocklets with some of the stack I made from Better Homes & Gardens 500 a few years ago, also 4.5". Roberta in D

Thanks everybody! As to how I can leave some blocks out --- well, the quilt will be WAY TOO BIG if I use them all! I will find another project for the blocks not chosen, though. Never fear.

I have learned a LOT about appliqué from doing this year's BOM, that's for sure. I still doubt it will ever be a favorite technique for me.

My daughter, who is not a quilter but who has a great eye for design, is going to work up what SHE thinks the layout should be, but I have the final say on it.

Roberta, do you have up-to-date pictures showing your latest blocks?
