That is pretty. What a good idea doing the sashings etc as you do the BOM. I seem to have a mental block and keep them to the end, even when I know what I'm going to do! Much more sensible to do them as you go along.

The new appliques are so pretty and delicate. I do like your choice Elly.

Thanks Kay, Patti, Estelle, and Sally! There was a reason I did the borders and sashings right away. I wanted to be sure I had enough fabric to do them consistently, so I cut them first. That way I can make the rest of the blocks from whatever fabrics are left. It will also help me get right to work when the blocks are finished because all that repetitive work is already done.
