Here's one to try.
NPR had a story about a Red Cross website just set up today. Go to
formatting link
then click on the right sidebar titled "Red Cross Movement Family Registry." Those that were affected by the storm can register themselves there, people can search that list for missing friends, family and loved ones. There is also a phone number for those who get phone access but not to a computer. It is 1-800-LOVED 1S (number 1 and the letter 'S'). Hope this helps,
