I posted here before, but since I'm not quilting a lot these days (just plain ordinary sewing, sorry) I didn't have anything to post. However, I was looking for a major new machine, a mid-priced Bernina, and now I can get a Bernina Aurora 440 QE second hand. 15 months old, warranty still active, as good as new since the owner 'likes her Pfaff better', for 1300.- instead of
1899.- in the shop. I can't go there to take a look at the machine, but the person sounds reliable. Still, I'd like your opinion on the machine type in general under the aspect that I plan some quilting in the future, along with my other sewing activities. Thanks in advance.U.
