DH brought in the mail today. Handed me my Jo-Ann's flyer, a card from the car service place, and a small padded envelope with a New York return address. From someone I do not recognize, I am sorry to say. Inside is a very cute little "tree" ornament, made of tiny spools wrapped with thread. and a tag that is to me, from "Amanda", on the back it says "Hope you enjoy the holidays! Have a great 2003!" ?????? look at the postage and it is dated Dec. 13, '02. From Peru, NY.
So if I owe someone here a thank you-- here it is. Will have to check a couple of my other groups to see if it someone from there, but....
Quite a surprise on this very warm July day in 2007 indeed. The vagaries of the USPS will never fail to amuse.
