More fun

I've been keeping my eye out for a used frame since I got my Juki TL98Q a few months ago. Used machine quilting frames under $1000 do NOT show up for sale around here very often! But today I saw a Craigslist ad for a gently used Handiquilter and was the first caller. I took a drive to see it and it is indeed very gently used, in beautiful condition and carefully stored in the original box with all the original packing and everything it came with when new. I couldn't leave it there for $100, could you? So it came home with me. It has a video tape but I no longer have a VCR, so I emailed HQ for a copy of the instructions and am looking forward to setting it up (probably on my dining room table at first) and trying it out with my Juki.

Good job, you!! Now you need to make a big quilt sandwich to practice on, and make the leaders for all the rails probably.

Oh my gosh! What a deal you made. And I'm betting you're going to have a lot of fun and make some gorgeous quilts with your new equipment.
