Well I've got a back problem keeping me from sewing so I decided to do something about my online pictures. I've added my rctq BOM applique blocks to my page and made an album for Mom's quilts. Grandma may not have known a good quilting motif for it, but she sure had an eye for color and beauty. It is a pattern that seems to be fairly rarely made. At least I've not ever seen another quilt like it around here. I am not sure if Grandma fell in love with the pattern or with the pattern name first. She loved roses and grand dreams. It is a shame that the small red gingham shows up in the picture as a faded red, but it really is the same vibrant red and white as the larger pieces. Debra in VA See my quilts at
