Yep, newbie to your group and to this nntp.aioe.org server. I use several different pay servers but this one is simplicity in full.
The issue which draws me (read wifey) here is the double wedding ring quilting pattern. I read the thread of a few days ago which pertained to that topic and feel this is a pretty great bunch to hang out with.
Will get wifey hooked up and tuned in......

You've read the thread on the DWRing quilt; cool. There are much easier ways to put together a Dbl.Wddng Ring quilt, imo, than what was discussed here about foundation piecing. ;-P A good set of templates and instructions that include "How to Finish" work like magic.
