I finished altering DDs clothes so that they will fit her (she's such a tiny little thing!) and didn't want to get involved in a major project at 10pm, so I straightened my sewing room a bit!!!
I can now see and walk on roughly half my floor!! LOL. WIll be working on clearing some more this afternoon - Mother is due to arrive sometime today so I need to clean the basics...like the bathrooms and kitchen - then straighten the rest of the house.
Family room is getting a MAJOR work-over...took out area rug and beat it until nothing flew out - it's now sitting in another room until I clean the family room floors. DD wanted to wear her "big girl-go-too-school" underwear today, which is another reason the area rug is up (much easier to wipe down hardwood then clean carpet). We've only had 1 accident in the last 3 hours, so maybe today is the day we get rid of the pull-ups..who knows?
ANyway, I'm just jazzed that I can actually walk a bit in my sewing room, so I had to share :-)
