Here is the first section of an Ohio Star pattern quilt I am doing. I am using the patriotic colors that I used on the Veterans Quilt (thanks Roberta for the idea), and expanding on that theme. I quite like the effect of the cornerstones in conjunction with the center square of the Ohio Star. This should be a bit more colorful and complex.

This one is for me, I think. I just kind of fell in love with the color combo when planing my next Veterans quilt, and decided to do an Ohio Star pattern using these colors. When it is finished I will see how I feel about it and decide if it goes into the upstairs display area or whatever.
