A New Baby Quilt

Here is the second of 2 Quilts for new babies in the family. They both are the Log Cabin and the same colors but the setting is slightly different on this one. This one is 36" w x 48" long. that is the last of these for awhile, I hope.

That quilt is so beautiful, John. I'm betting the sweet baby will just love it to pieces - which is what we want, right? You can always make the little one another. Fools rush in where angels fear to trod but I will have to ask. What's next? Polly

A pair of lap quilts for our oldest and dearest friends out in Colorado. I am thinking about doing a matched set of whatever pattern but with a reversal of colors between the quilts. Not sure of the pattern. Maybe Ohio Star, or Whatever?

No, I have heat in my shop. I just finished a small cupboard that I attached to the base of the table that I use for my laptop computer. It holds printer paper and has a drawer for pencils, writing paper, and cords for my camera and I-Pod to connect to the laptop. I was always having to get up and walk across the room to get these things. It measures 12" x12" x 14" deep. You can see it below.

Terrific John. Another great project, doubled. The White House steps is my one of favorite Log Cabin variation. I'm working on the inspiration to quilt a freehand variation right now.

good job, luck babies. anth> Here is the second of 2 Quilts for new babies in the family. They both

What a great idea to have it 'hanging' from the top rather than down to the floor. . In message , John writes
