nayy but i do love pumpkin anything. these look super scrummy with the cream cheese filling. makes 2 dozen so should keep you well fed while quilting. pumpkin being a vegetable passes for dinner, no? only a cup of pumpkin too so good for using up that left over mashed pumpkin from dinner, not that we ever have left over pumpkin round here. usually me who finished it all off when fixing up any leftovers for lunch the next day. :) just thot this might be useful for those who eat pumpkin in the northern hemisphere with the season soon to be upon you all for fresh pumpkins. i'm sure we have one last pumpkin on the floor of the pantry that needs to be cut into for dinner tonight, cook a bit extra and we'll have those muffins for lunch tomorrow. wooooooohooooooooo!!! did i mention i love pumpkin, lol. happy eating!! cheers from an off and on, rain/sunny, day in the south pacific, jeanne

lucky you, with canned pumpkin in the supermarket, can make it all yr round. we only have fresh pumpkin in season. tho our season covers various types of pumpkin from mid/late summer thru spring. we cope somehow the rest of the year without it, lol. chilly cheers from winter in the south pacific, jeanne

you can make them all year round there with the canned pumpkin. we only get fresh pumpkin here, so only making those in season. i never bothered to freeze the cooked pumpkin for future use. we eat a lot of it here, soup, mashed, roasted, pie, muffins, whatever takes our fancy. :) did i say it was my favourite winter vegetable? i loooooove it. cheers from a chilly morning in the south pacific, jeanne
