One Last finish for 2010

I managed to get this one done yesterday....

I found the fruit fabric at Quilts on Plum Lane in Dade City, and it just needed to be a stack n whack..... There went my plan to only buy fabric to finish a project! I have enough "block kits" left to make a set of placemats and a table runner too - they'll have to wait until next year.

Oh that's lovely. I haven't seen many stack and whacks that I like; but I love this one. The greenish fabric that you used as the background and binding is perfect. The purple for the inner border is good too, but I really, really like the green! . In message , Susan Torrens writes

I just love stack n whack. the patterns made up in the squares are so pretty. i love the fabric, you'd never know this was fruit fabric till you look closely. Good job!
