OSHA Standards - yep, on topic!

Ok, so I'm working on my final paper for my Human Resources class, and I'm researching ergonomics. I go to OSHA's website and start looking for information and found this really cool page that I thought we could all use!

Enjoy! I know I have to force myself away to research what I'm really supposed to be looking at!

Thank you, Dannielle. Very interesting. I forwarded it to my sisters who do HR. Polly

The seating position is one that indicated I did the right thing when I established my sewing table height. I originally made the tables too high, on purpose, and repeatedly cut them down after sewing on them for various length test sewing trials. I arrived at the height I felt was comfortable, and that is the same as pictured on the website. Or to put it another way, anything wotrh doing right is worth doing again and again, until it is right.
