There used to be a spot in Georgia that we knew as '55'. To get from the Gulf Coast to the mountains, you must cross the top corner of Georgia. The Georgia Highway Patrol was vigilant about catching anybody in a hurry to get to the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee and Carolina. (This is probably where our retired Carole lives.) We always slowed down and carefully tippy-toed at 55. Polly
