My husband is vying for a promotion. He interviews all week ... starting Monday at 7 a.m. If he gets the job, life continues as normal. If he doesn't, it's probably the end of his current job. He'll go in the next round of layoffs, which comes in March. I have no idea where we would go or what he could do. Newspapers are dying and they are not hiring.
Please send prayers and good thoughts and good energy to him through this week. He's a good man and I love him with all my heart and genuinely believe he would be the best person for this job.
