;) I can't. My mother wouldn't allow them. The next year when I moved to the racetrack, my friend pierced my ears with ice cube/needle, and raw potato as the backer for the needle going through ;)

WOW -- guess what? Me, too. And I even have a pair of shoes from high school -- a pair of leather clogs that have actually come back into style. Probably because there is no back... but I can still wear those.

And rings? Why did my fingers stay skinny? The rest of me sure didn't. Take my wedding dress size x 2 to get where I am today. But I can still fit my high school class ring on my ring finger. Necklaces that used to hang nicely on my chest are now chokers.

Really strange the way "fat" deposits itself so differently on different people.

Rofl ...How did we live through those years? And now, we're all much more substantial (in many ways) people. Thank God!

I did not have my ears pierced in high school. I was not allowed in the same county with anyone who had a tattoo. NOW I am profoundly grateful if everybody would just wear something. Please. Polly

I remember having my ears pierced! I was 14 and my bff did it on the sly for me! Boy, did I get into trouble! I still have the gold ball posts she did it with! and, Yes, fat happens...
