Good morning I got word from Sunny that her dear friend Sylvia passed away from the agressive cancer she had. Sunny was looking do finish a quick quilt for her.
Please hold Sunny, and Sylvia's families and friends in your thoughts and prayers this weekend. This has been real rough for Sunny, and she indicated she will be back first part of the week. Please, let's allow her her privacy these first few [tough] days.

Thank you, all of you. What a comfort it is reading the kind words and genuine feelings expressed here. No friend should ever be lost this way. But I believe Sylvia is in a better place. She promised to be waiting for me when I get there. Her last talk with me was about friendship and how important it is. So, in honor of Sylvia, take today to call, email, snail-mail your friends. Especially the ones you haven't talked to in a while. Tell them how important they are to you. Tell them you love them. Laugh and eat chocolate together. Be glad you are alive, your friends are alive. Be glad for the day you have been given.
